Promo codes may be entered from the cart page under “coupon code” or during check out there is an option on the top of the order that says “Have a coupon? Click here to enter your code” Simply type or paste your code in the box provided, and then click . Only one promo code may be applied per order.

Maybe? Tax is calculated during checkout based on the shipping information you provide. We aren’t great at the maths so we’ve left that up to the software to determine if we need to collect tax.

All of our products are custom made to order. You will see an estimated “arrives by” date on product listings, in your cart, and your receipt after checkout.  This includes the production time required to make your order and the estimated shipping time. Please allow additional time if your order falls on a United States holiday.

We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and JCB cards. Sorry, no COD.

Due to the nature of a made to order business, we are unable to fulfill expedited shipping requests. 

We take the utmost care and concern for your privacy while you are shopping on our site. We will never share or sell your information to any third party, and the information we collect is solely used to contact you about your order if necessary. Transactions on our site are secured using up to 256-bit SSL encryption technology to ensure your personal information (especially your name, address, and credit card number) stays out of the wrong hands and cannot be read or intercepted as it travels to our payment processing system. Please read our privacy policy for details about privacy.

As a courtesy, you may cancel or make changes to your order within 12 hours of placing an order. After this we will be unable to make changes. This includes changes to the shipping address.

We want you to be 100% satisfied. You have 30 days from the purchase date to request a refund or exchange by using THIS FORM. Requests not sent through this form will not be honored. We will replace your item(s) as soon as possible if the order is wrong, arrives damaged, or there is a printing error. 

We offer free return shipping of new, unused products to exchange for another size or comparable item. Refunds are at our discretion and do not include shipping & handling fees. Personalized items are NOT eligible for return or exchange.
